The beginnings of JKD
Nearing the heights of her profession, she walked away from the field on an impulse to pursue something different and moved into corporate law — first at a prestigious law firm and then at a major entertainment studio in Los Angeles.
After several years as an attorney, life intervened with the birth of her twin boy and girl. Their perfect innocence and beauty sparked a rebirth of creativity. From there, Jennie Kwon Designs was born.
A native of Los Angeles, Jennie's designs reflect the art, natural beauty and style that surrounds her daily. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to be graceful, balanced and wearable, yet add that unique accent to the every day and capture the effortlessly beautiful nature of her inspirations.
In its young life, Jennie Kwon Designs has garnered significant press, with pieces featured in publications such as Elle, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, Glamour, Brides, Forbes and Business Insider, among others.
